Head-hunting is part of our life but we design our lives to rest light on our shoulders.
We take head-hunting very seriously and try to master of the art.

How the Headhunter in our organization works and the what the job role is like?

  • Absolutely leisurely paced – but very planned
  • You walk into the office in the morning – settle down into the bean bags or settees in the meeting room first with your lap-top for a team meetings – before that you finish couple of news papers – mark some articles for reading later and note the business magazines to be read
  • In the team meeting – you may have couple of tasks to be worked on – link with the colleagues in other parts of the world – how best you can close a particular Senior requirements like Chief Tech Officer or VP -Sales
  • Get to your work station –browse those interesting sites – jokes sites and read all the motivational quotes – munch the lunch or break fast of your colleagues – get rid of yours for them
  • Now – time to pull up socks and start talking to few prospective candidates – but talk as if you are their friend – and not like those desperate ‘ Credit Cards or Personal Loans’ selling guys. In fact you won’t do anything like selling – but present information in a structured manner and seek their advice if they are interested.
  • You work on close to five or six types of positions per month and end up closing max one or two deals for the company – this is definitely good enough for you to walk home with good amount of Salary and a fat incentive out of the deal.
  • Once in a while, you will go and meet a client and discuss with them – the kind of persons they are looking for and their future requirements – you actively discourage clients from hurrying and talk about ‘ the importance of doing a task well than soon’ when it comes to picking the brains for running their companies
  • You will meet one of the key industry contacts over – lunch or post-lunch tea meetings.
  • Hang out with teammates once again and talk non-sense as to how you wanted to eat just Salad – but ended up by eating cheese pizza.
  • Read and browse some more relevant stuff
  • If you have the ‘yen’ , contribute a column or an article for a paper for update your blog, you will do that.
  • Get back home, cook a curry and then again work for an hour or two if there’s need – to match with other global offices.


Well! This is how we wish your routine should be like.
We are not exactly there – but we are half-way through. But we will be there eventually – creating a working atmosphere that’s more fun than job. At the moment, we work for some middle-management positions also to aid our growth process – but we will be working in the future only for positions in ‘high places ‘ and ‘ for International positions’

  • Knowledge driven professionals
  • Your educational qualifications – could be anything.
  • You are somebody – who cannot imagine going out without reading one English news paper – who will be happy to read one more Business Daily and few business magazines
  • You are not too deep into any technology or sciences –even if by mistake, you were, - but you like to know about all technologies and learning new things
  • You are ambitious and want to make a lot of money – splurge over weekend in good shopping and dinners
  • You are restless and the drive to achieve something in life
  • Reading and browsing the net is second nature to you
  • You have at least one extra and special interest - Writing, fine- arts, teaching or anything – to keep you rated as multi-faceted
  • These types of professionals also would suit our requirements ? Those who are in teaching or R & D and are bored with their current jobs
    Those who took a break in career due to marriage or maternity and want to get back in to humdrum of corporate world
    Those who are bored with routine jobs
