Sreenivasu Nalagandla (Sreeni), Managing Director

Sreeni comes with one of the freakiest as well as versatile career profiles. Started career at the age 18 in the power corridors of New Delhi in the Public Sector before moving into the Banking and IT sectors. Sreeni has tried his hand, with commendable success, at every aspect of corporate life and the extra-corporate world too – his professional diary has pages as a Columnist for leading business dailies as well as Guest Faculty for Business schools. Project Management, Environmental Management, Marketing, Brand Building, International Events, and HR are the areas he soaked himself in his 22years in paneled walls and corner offices.

Sreeni holds a MS in Management Systems from BITS-Pilani of India.

Jane Ginn, Director

Jane Ginn has over 20 years of experience in International Consulting and High Technology. From 1994 through 2001 she served as an appointed Advisor to the US Secretary of Commerce on International Trade Policy. She is a former Fellow of the Institute for Resource Management, Management Faculty and a published author. Her experience spans diversified areas such as Marketing, Partnership, Environmental Management, Consultancy for Financial Institutions and Trading Services, Exports and Information Technology. She has operated in various geographies that include USA, China, Argentina, and Canada.

She holds a Master's in Regional Planning and is a certified Applied Information Technology (AIT) professional. She serves on the faculty for the MBA & Technology MBA program at the University of Phoenix.

Lekha Parameswaran, Head - Delivery Team

She is a multi-faceted person coming with 8 years of experience in Research, High-Technology and Bio- Technology. She heads the delivery team at Chennai for the IT clients and strives in keeping the working atmosphere very fun oriented. She is an expert in the ‘Deep dive’ into the Internet and comes up with completely unexpected results.
