How we headhunt |
 |
| |
|
|
| |
| |
 |
Understanding
our client’s needs – We
take the time to develop a thorough
understanding of a client’s
needs – discussion with the
organization’s key individuals
and interviewing team, to understand
their organizational structure, corporate
culture & expectations for the
position and clarify the timeline
for the search process. We also advise
on current market trends, salary/package
expectations and likely challenges
facing the project |
 |
|
|
Researching
and targeting candidates – For
every requirement, we create customized
search strategies to identify suitable
candidates. Our multi-faceted, innovative
approach to identify the right candidate
utilizes many resources and we employ
a range of techniques to map organizations.
We then thoroughly interview the best
candidates to determine their key
competencies and the potential chemistry
that will best fit within your organizational
culture. Typically, for each position,
we screen more than 100 prospects,
interview approximately 20 in-depth,
and develop a final slate of at least
5 solid candidates |
 |
|
|
Narrowing
the Field, Presenting the Best –
We provide our client with a candidate
summary report containing references,
compensation, core competencies and
value addition, in order to provide
a clear and concise analysis of potential
candidates |
 |
|
|
The
Final Choice, Negotiating & Extending
the Offer – We directly communicate
to a candidate aspects critical to
their considering the offer including
compensation, relocation, benefits,
etc. We also assist the newly hired
candidate through their resignation
process and facilitate their seamless
integration into our client's organization.
Throughout the final offer and acceptance
phase, we maintain regular contact
with both the client and the candidate
to ensure that any surprise issues
are addressed promptly and resolved
quickly. |
